FROM LEBANON TO FULTON MARKET

Beity, Arabic for “my home”, sprang from Chef Ryan Fakih’s dream to honor his Lebanese heritage and culinary journey. Opening the first Lebanese tasting and fine dining in the United States in August 2024.

Where love for food and hospitality go hand in hand with the Lebanese culture. At Beity, Chef Ryan brings his vision to life, offering a fresh perspective on Lebanese cuisine. Artfully blending nostalgia and innovation in every dish - creating a dining experience that is both familiar and exciting.

More than just a restaurant, Beity is a celebration of warmth, community, and the joy of gathering together over creative food and beverages. From the moment you walk through our door, we aim to transport you to a place that feels like home - inviting, familiar, and filled with the spirit of hospitality, where every guest feels like they’re part of our family.

Our cocktail program is led by Beverage Director Olivia Fadden. Our cocktails channel the Lebanese pantry and the ethos behind Beity. Expect builds that weave in technique, memories and flavors of Lebanon. Signatures like Day By The Sea (an embodiment of time spent by the coast) and the Laban (Lebanese goat yogurt) sit alongside bright spirit-free drinks like Jallab and the Cardamom Sour, so every guest can toast, with or without proof.
